CAPTURES ENTERTAINMENT PRODUCTION
FACILITY SITE PLAN FINALIZED… Captures
is developing a 14-acre production
facility that includes five soundstages,
ranging in size from 7,000 sq. ft. to
20,000 sq. ft., as well as a large,
user-configurable cityscape backdrop,
animation lab, special effects lab,
editing, office, storage, wardrobe and
commissary & lodging facilities. This
facility will be used for Captures’
productions, as well as leased out for
usage by other production companies,
providing a self-sustaining source of
income. The land is currently zoned
industrial and owned by Captures’
President. This facility will permit
year-round shooting and production
activities – a benefit that many other
East Coast and Mid-West production
companies do not have the luxury of due
to weather. Click here to view the site plan.
